30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email us at info@laplacehillsborough.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
1. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: New monthly subscribers are entitled to a full refund of their first month's charge if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
Annual Subscriptions: New annual subscribers are entitled to a full refund of the annual charge if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Annual subscription refunds requested after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as a pro-rata credit for the unused portion of the subscription year.
How to request a refund: Email us at info@laplacehillsborough.com from the email address associated with your account and include your account email in the message. We process all refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. Physical Product Returns
Physical kitchen products purchased through the Laplace Kitchen Shop may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email us at info@laplacehillsborough.com with your order details. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a full refund within 5-7 business days.
Non-returnable items: Products showing signs of use, products returned without original packaging, and products returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for return or refund. Products that are out of stock at the time of purchase and flagged as such on the product page are final sale.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals where cancellation was not requested before the renewal date.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only. Reactivated or renewed subscriptions are subject to the standard cancellation terms.
- In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to deny refund requests.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@laplacehillsborough.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
