Recipe Developer
We are looking for an experienced recipe developer with a background in Southern and Cajun cooking. You will test, develop, and document new recipes for our subscriber collection, working directly with our head chef Celeste Thibodaux. Minimum 3 years professional kitchen experience required.

We need a talented food photographer who can capture the soul of Louisiana cooking -- dark, moody, atmospheric images that make people hungry. You will shoot 6-8 recipes per month, delivered as edited high-resolution files. Portfolio required.

We are looking for a writer with a genuine love of food to write our weekly blog posts, recipe headnotes, and email newsletter. Cajun or Southern food knowledge is a strong advantage. 2-3 published food writing samples required.
